How does it work?
  1. Email me to discuss your fitness goals and how we can work together to achieve them. We can chat via email or set up a time for a phone call.
  2. I will ask you about the equipment you have access to and your schedule to help me design your personalized training program and nutrition plan. (At home, gym – whatever you need, it will be tailored for YOU!)
  3. Use your computer, tablet or phone to access your training

What does the package include?

  • A fitness plan that is fully customised to suit you and your day to day schedule
  • Programs that are tailored to work to your cross discipline activities/goals
  • Nutritional plans – Designed according to your dietary requirements (vegetarian and vegan plans also catered for)
  • Training Plans – gym and home (or a mix of both) training plans
